J.Crew – Classics, Clean Lines, Fun Prints

About 10 years ago I was coveting a blazer from J.Crew and received it as a gift. I couldn’t have been happier. It was the perfect fit, clean lines, well made, classic cut, and I knew it was a piece I would have for years to come.

Like most, I love to add a few fun pieces to my wardrobe each season, but adding staple pieces is an investment. You can spend a little more on these pieces because you know you will have them for a while. And a staple piece, like a blazer or the LBD will always be in fashion.

We love J.Crew not just for their classic pieces, but also for their fun styles and their unrelenting use of color. They consider “leopard a neutral, speak stripes fluently and live for a great gingham.’ WHO doesn’t love an animal print? And, stripes? Gingham? Floral prints? We love them all. And we love the fact that you can “look like a million bucks, [without] spending it.”

Their jewelry is fabulous too. Always on trend, and colorful. Just like their clothes their jewelry keeps well.

J.Crew chooses the best fabrics at great price points and they believe they “have a responsibility to the planet and to humanity to choose eco-friendly fabrics and to support [their] factory workers.” This is a company I choose to support not just because of how great their clothing is but also because of their commitment to the planet and to their workforce.
